Volunteers are critical to ensuring that the tournaments have enough games and run smoothly and efficiently. However, volunteers are also usually players — and volunteering means sacrificing important playing time. In order to compensate we will offer the following benefits:
Donate a game | Free entry into the expo, $20 off entry into the main or classics tournament. |
2 hours volunteering | Exclusive qualifying time during volunteers hour (4-5pm Saturday). |
4 hours volunteering | Exclusive qualifying time during volunteers hour and $20 off entry into the main or classics tournament. |

Entry fees will used primarily to cover cash payouts to the winners and to purchase trophies. A small portion of the fees will be used to cover operating expenses, such as credit card processing fees, equipment rentals, sign printing, and mobile internet. After subtracting trophy and operating costs, the payout breakdown will be as follows. The cash payouts will depend on the number of players and operating costs.
